How it works

On your practice profile page, owners pick a service and a free slot: at your practice, at their home, out and about or online – with your standing meeting link (e.g. Google Meet) in the invitation. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, and a freed-up slot goes to someone on the waiting list.
A consultation has two steps. Note-taking: cards (observation, hypothesis, recommendation, question), an ABC chart and a voice note. And the report for the owner – built on your template, in the portal and as a PDF with your logo. In Solo Pro the AI assistant can prepare a draft from your notes (in Polish for now); you correct and approve it – and then set the exercise plan.
Build the plan from your own exercises or a saved template. Owners see today’s tasks, tick them off with one tap and add notes to each session. No app to install: the portal runs in the browser and owners log in with a link sent by e-mail.
The “Plan adherence” dashboard gathers the ticked-off tasks of all your owners. Who practises regularly, who is slipping and who has gone quiet – you see it at a glance. Send an encouraging message to the owner’s chat in one click, before they lose heart.

The assistant doesn’t replace your knowledge or your observations. It takes on the transcribing, the tidying up and the first drafts from your notes – you correct, approve and publish. One honest note: for now the assistant works in Polish – voice notes, drafts and answers alike.

There is no free trial at the moment. You create a practice account and the panel takes you straight to buying a plan – pay by BLIK, card or bank transfer and start working. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and on your first purchase you have 14 days to change your mind and get the full amount back – no reason needed. When a plan ends, the account becomes read-only – your data stays, and you can download a copy of each pet’s documentation and your client list as CSV at any time.
First and foremost for animal behaviourists who run behaviour therapy for dogs, cats and other companion animals – on their own or in a team. It also works well for dog trainers and dog schools. Their clients use the free owner portal.
The Specialist panel and the owner portal are available in English, German and Polish, and everyone chooses their own language. E-mails to owners go out in English or Polish – German e-mails aren’t ready yet. Reports for owners are in whatever language you write them in. The AI assistant currently works in Polish (voice notes, drafts and answers); its “Translate” option can turn a finished report into English, German or Ukrainian.
A calendar’s job ends once the appointment is booked. PetPuls carries on from there: consultation notes in the pet profile, a report for the owner, an exercise plan on their phone and a dashboard that shows who is following the plan between consultations. You’ll see PetPuls appointments in your own calendar (Google, Outlook, iCloud) via an .ics feed, and you can connect other calendars as blocked time.

No. The Specialist panel and the owner portal run in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Owners log in with a link from an e-mail, no password needed, and can add the portal to their phone’s home screen and turn on notifications.
It prepares drafts – a report for the owner and an exercise plan – from your notes and voice notes, and you check and approve every draft. In drafts, reports and the pet chat, owners’ names are hidden from the model (OpenAI), and your data is not used to train models; please don’t enter client details in the general assistant. The assistant is included in the Solo Pro and Team plans and currently works in Polish.
No. The assistant organises what you already have – notes, voice notes, the questionnaire, surveys – and suggests drafts and answers with their sources. You approve the assessment, hypotheses and recommendations, and the owner only sees what you publish.
Yes. The import wizard recognises the columns of a CSV or XLSX file, shows a preview and any errors, and flags possible duplicates (same e-mail or phone number). The import can be undone for 24 hours.
Yes – the Team plan has 4 seats for practitioners (the owner and 3 behaviourists or trainers), and reception staff don’t take up a seat. Roles decide who sees what, and the “Team” calendar has a column for each person. Working on your own? Solo and Solo Pro show nothing team-related.
